On Sunday 14th April 2024 David Tennant attended the Olivier Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
David Tennant attended as he was nominated for the Best Actor Award for Macbeth. Unfortunately he did not win as Mark Gatiss won for The Motive And The Cue.
Also Macbeth was nominated for the Best Revival Award (however Vanya won).
And Macbeth was nominated for the Best Sound Design Award (Sunset Boulevard won).
The ceremony started at 6pm but arrivals start at 4.30pm. Highlights from the ceremony were shown that evening on ITV at 10.10pm.
