David Tennant and Rosamund Pike star in this sour-sweet comedy as Doug McLeod and his estranged wife Abi.
The movie was written and directed by Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin who are the team behind the British sitcom Outnumbered.
The synopsis of the movie is:
'The couple Doug and Abi decides to travel to Scotland with their three small children, to celebrate Doug's father birthday. However, the two have a secret to hide from the rest of the family, but it will not be easy to keep hidden information with the kids around..'
What We Did On Our Holiday was released in the UK on Friday 26th September 2014 and won the Comedy Award at the inaugural National Film Awards in London.
The cast also includes Billy Connolly, Ben Miller and Celia Imrie.
